As we finish this year, we would like to thank you for sharing your experiences, resources, expertise, and ideas with us. We are able to support Ombudsman programs thanks to funding from the Administration for Community Living/Administration on Aging (ACL/AoA) for the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care (CV) to operate the National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC). Below are highlights of resources and activities completed by NORC over the past year as well as a questionnaire on your training needs.

evaluation-icon.pngYour responses to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) Training Needs and NORC Evaluation Questionnaire help NORC better understand your training needs, evaluate the success of its activities and materials, and provide NORC staff with key information in planning for future tasks. The deadline to respond is 5:00 pm ET on Monday, August 1, 2022. Take the Questionnaire.
